With an MBA in marketing from B.K School of Management, Ahmedabad, Jayesh Rao is the vision behind Samanvay Realty’s passion for excellence. Armed with a decade of experience in National Textile Corporation, followed by three more at Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation, he fuels our foray into global standards of construction.

As the Director of GIDC he pioneered industrial progress in several major regions of Gujarat. Jayesh joined us as the Chairman, post his retirement in 2012. His invaluable expertise and incisive business acumen is truly the wind beneath our wings. His tenure has seen the group expand and rise to greater heights. More often than not, you can find him enabling many more dreams at Samanvay Foundation.

Ravi Jayesh Rao

CEO & MD

Leaders lead by example and Ravi is exemplary at that. His dream of building beautiful homes for everyone etched him towards acquiring a Civil Engineering degree from Nirma University. And after an MS in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology, New Jersey , he returned to his hometown Vadodara, to establish Samanvay Realty in 2014.

Ravi is the master of all trades at Samanvay. He meticulously overlooks every single department personally to ensure world-class standards. His energy and enthusiasm is contagious and inspires each one of us across ranks. A dynamic attitude, quick decision-making abilities, deep insight, foresight, and progressive mindset is what he brings to the office every day.

Richi Shah Rao

Director

The spark behind Samanvay Realty’s electric brand presence rise, Richi is the creative brain behind our brand.

Post her BE in Electronics Engineering from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidhyalaya, and M.S in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University, she worked with Intel Corporation (in the US) and Matrix Communications (in India). Her circuit was finally complete when she joined Samanvay Realty as an able counterpart to her childhood friend and husband Mr. Ravi Rao.

Richi lit up the Group’s digital media presence and enhanced our brand image through effective strategies and persistent ingenuity. Today Samanvay Realty boasts of being the city’s first real estate company with an engaging digital marketing portfolio and an active CRM. Calm and observant, amicable and sharp, Richi steers our journey of success by making overall performance better every day. She also spearheads her brainchild – Samanvay Foundation.

Vishal Patel

Director, Technical Head

Great heights are only achieved when the foundation is strong. And Vishal has been the keystone to Samanvay Realty’s steady growth right from its inception.

A B.Tech in Civil engineering from Nirma University and Masters in Infrastructure engineering and management from CEPT, landed him a position of town planner with Dholera special investment region development authority. His passion for structural innovation, community development and affection for his childhood friend brought him aboard Samanvay Realty. As our Technical Head, Vishal is in-charge of Govt. liaison, quality assurance and on-time delivery of our projects. An effortless problem solver with a go-getter attitude, he is one of the accelerator’s of our upward curve story.

Ankur Parekh

Director, Sales & Marketing Head

Ankur makes our customers want to buy our homes.

A post-graduation in business administration from Georgian College, Canada, is what helps him do so.

As the Sales & Marketing Head of Samanvay Realty, he has been pivotal in building the group’s image as a top developer of choice. A true taskmaster, he relentlessly pursues perfection across the entire sales process chain. Always dependable, Ankur keeps our scoreboard ticking in terms of both revenue and goodwill.

Chintan Brahmbhatt

Director, Purchase Head

Chintan dictates what comes into Samanvay Realty, quite literally.

A Civil engineering graduate from SVIT university, Chintan has also completed his Masters in infrastructure construction management from NICMARC, Pune. After an enriching stint with a leading contracting firm in Dahej, Chintan joined Samanvay Realty in 2015. He brought with him rich sector expertise from hands-on industry exposure. As the head of the Purchase department, he is responsible for all vendor transactions and smooth execution of our entire project line.
